Ukraine - La position de Théa / Ukraine - Théa Position

 

Depuis le début du conflit en Ukraine, nous suivons de très près l’évolution de la situation et sommes en lien direct avec nos équipes sur place en Ukraine et en Russie.  

 

Au vu des informations dont nous disposons à ce jour, et conformément aux sanctions internationales imposées à la Russie, nous considérons que les conditions ne sont plus réunies pour poursuivre nos activités dans ce pays. Aussi, nous avons pris la décision de :  

- De suspendre l’envoi de produits en Russie

- Et de suspendre toutes les activités commerciales et marketing réalisées sur le marché russe au travers de notre filiale Théa Pharma.

 

Nos activités en Ukraine sont maintenues.

Conformément à nos valeurs et à nos engagements, nous menons plusieurs actions humanitaires de soutien aux victimes du conflit en Ukraine, notamment via un partenariat avec la Croix Rouge française et l’envoi de médicaments à l’association Tulipe, en vue de répondre aux besoins urgents des populations impactées. 

 

Les laboratoires Théa espèrent qu’une résolution pacifique sera rapidement trouvée. 

 

 

 

 

Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, we have been closely monitoring the situation and have been in direct contact with our teams present both in Ukraine and Russia.

 

Given the information at our disposal today, and according to the international sanctions imposed on Russia, we consider that the conditions are no longer met to pursue our activity in this country.

Therefore, a decision has been taken to:

- Suspend the shipment of products to Russia

- Suspend all marketing and commercial activities performed in the Russian market by our affiliate Théa Pharma.

 

Our activities in the Ukraine are maintained. 

 

In line with our values and our commitments, Thea is contributing to several humanitarian actions to support the victims of the conflict in Ukraine, through a partnership with the French Red Cross and the donation of pharmaceutical products to Tulipe Association, in order to respond to the most urgent needs of the impacted populations.

 

Théa hopes that a peaceful resolution to this conflict can be rapidly found.
